Housing loans for nri's

This loan product is a multipurpose product and is intended for non-residential Indian customers. Customers can use the funds disbursed for a variety of purposes such as financing the purchase of a residential property under construction, completed property, financing the construction of a residential property on land owned by them, financing the purchase of land and the construction of a residential property on such land, and the extension, improvement or renovation of existing residential property. Customers can apply for a maximum loan of Rs 3.00 million, with a tenure extending up to 15 years.
