Registered with National Housing Bank, we, as The Muthoot Group’s home finance vertical, offer low interest housing loan services to our diverse customers.

About CREDAI Kochi To make our presence a talk of the town, we participated in the recent CREDAI Property Show 2015 that was held at Marine Drive Ernakulam from 24th to 26th July 2015. Confederation of Real Estate Developer’s Associations of India (CREDAI), is the apex body of organized real estate developers. The body represents over 10,000 developers through 150 member associations that are spread across 20 states in India. In addition to that, CREDAI Kochi holds 70 developers as members.
It has been over a decade since CREDAI has been organizing the largest and most prestigious property expo of Kerala. Every year, leading builders of Kochi display a bunch of apartments, villas and commercial spaces in the expo. The show lets many Keralites, both resident and non-resident, find their dream home. Our participation in the expo successfully created awareness about our presence as housing finance arm of The Muthoot Group offering competitive housing loan services. Looking at our competitive interest rates at par with major players in the market, many of the leading builders in Kochi have shown their interest in conducting joint activity with us.
